David Kinzelberg, CPA, joined our Company in July 2018 and serves as the Head of Internal Audit.  Mr. Kinzelberg has over 25 years of finance, audit, risk management, and operations experience. Prior to joining Taro, he served as the Coverage CFO for MSCI, a leading index and risk services provider. Mr. Kinzelberg also served as the Chief Auditor and Head of Risk at RiskMetrics, Chief Operating Officer at Institutional Shareholder Services “ISS” (acquired by MSCI), and Global Director of Internal Audit and Corporate Governance for Barr Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Kinzelberg began his career at Arthur Andersen in their audit group, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of NY.
